1. There is non negotiable non refundable deposit after booking your event. In case of an emergency cancellations must take place 48 hrs before your event for a full refund. 2.If you are located outside Alexandria La or Pineville La there is a Mandatory ROUNDTRIP Mileage fee. We charge $1 per mile outside the cities of Alexandria & Pineville

4. The Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality set was suggested that only kids over 10 years of age play. Please do your research before booking this product. We do not have an age limit as long as the headset fits you can play.
